Staff are given extensive opportunities to undergo continuous training to upgrade their skills and further contribute positively to the company. Training regimes are carried out regularly to foster quality awareness among all levels of staff. To motivate and incentivise staff, PRECISE organises overseas company trips to reward outstanding project performances over and above annual bonuses.
These trips open up communication channels to evaluate best practices for future projects. Finally, we show appreciation for staff by celebrating events such as our Annual Chinese New Year Dinner.
We strive to achieve zero defects in all our projects while constantly improving our processes to hand over projects without defects. In the rare event where defects are discovered, we put in place a maintenance team to ensure that corrections are attended to promptly. This is also part of our aim to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
