Development of Boustead Trustees @ 36 Tuas Road
36 Tuas Road is a five-storey, multi-tenanted ramp-up logistics hub developed by Boustead Projects in Singapore’s Tuas Industrial Estate. The facility spans more than 50,000sqm of GFA with large floor plates, high floor loading, and clear ceiling heights of up to 12.6 metres, supporting 40-foot container access via dock levellers and loading bays. Designed for high performance and sustainability, it has achieved LEED Gold certification and BCA Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) Five Badges certification. Strategically located near Tuas Mega Port and Gul Circle MRT, it offers a modern, energy-efficient logistics facility for industrial and distribution tenants.
