JTC @ Seletar Aerospace Park

The Seletar Aerospace Park Phase 3 (AS3) project for JTC Corporation comprises nine 2-storey standard factory buildings at 7 to 9A Seletar Aerospace Link, with a total Gross Floor Area of more than 15,000 m². Completed in August 2021, the scope included Reinforced Concrete substructure and superstructure, structural steel trusses, metal roofing, architectural finishes, and full Mechanical & Electrical works. Despite pandemic and site constraints near Seletar Airport, the project was successfully delivered to provide high-specification, ready-built industrial facilities that support aerospace manufacturing and MRO operations within Singapore’s leading aerospace hub.
