The LOGOs E-commerce Hub in Singapore is a project to redevelop the site at 4 Pandan Crescent into a modern, six-storey e-commerce logistics facility with a net lettable area of approximately 110,000 square meters. The project aims to provide e-commerce-focused logistics space and includes ancillary office space. The construction of the project is carried out in 2 phases. Designed for high performance and sustainability, it has achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) Certification.
