Mapletree Joo Koon Logistics Hub (formerly 51 Benoi Road) is a completed redevelopment project by Mapletree. The project transformed the original two-storey industrial facility into a modern six-storey, ramp-up logistics hub designed to meet the evolving needs of logistics and supply chain operations.
Strategically located in the Jurong Industrial Estate, the hub benefits from excellent connectivity to public transportation as well as major expressways such as the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Pan-Island Expressway (PIE).
