Founded in 1983 in Singapore, PRECISE is established upon the core foundation of professionalism, integrity and teamwork. What started as a small setup of just 8 employees has today burgeoned into a leading enterprise comprising over 100 professionals, employees and skilled worksmen.
More than 30 years on, we have built a strong reputation for outstanding quality and efficient site management in the construction industry. Our areas of expertise cover conventional projects and turnkey completion in general building, civil engineering, additions and alterations, upgrading works and real estate development.
In serving both public and private sector clients, we uphold our vision to provide premium and value added services underscored by environmentally sensitive building practices. To date, we have delivered important resources to the community including learning institutions, workplaces, historical icons, places of worship and cultural centres.
Our clientele for whom we have undertaken building and civil engineering projects include the Housing & Development Board (HDB), Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA), National Parks Board (NParks), Ministry of Education (MOE), Public Utilities Board (PUB), and Land Transport Authority (LTA). We are also engaged in private residential and industrial projects.
In recognition of our accomplishments, we have been privileged to receive multiple awards and accolades over the years. Significant awards include the BCA Workhead A1 builder grading, General Builder Class 1, Fastest Growing 50, URA heritage award for Pulau Ubin, GAIA Greenmark Platinum, BizSafe Star and LEED Platinum. We have also achieved rigorous certifications since 1997 for ISO 9000 and 2003 for ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001.
