Staff are given extensive opportunities to undergo continuous training to upgrade their skills and further contrib- ute positively to the company. Training regimes are carried out regularly to foster quality awareness among all levels of staff. To motivate and incentivise staff, PRECISE organises overseas company trips to reward outstanding project performances over and above annual bonuses.

These trips open up communication channels to evaluate best practices for future proj- ects. Finally, we show appreciation for staff by celebrating events such as our Annual Chinese New Year Dinner.
