In addition to quality assurance, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) are the other 3 measurements of PRECISE’s capability. We implement environmentally friendly man- agement systems company wide, and practise sustainable resource management and development at all stages of planning and construction. We believe in leaving a legacy for our future generations by creating a positive environment for them to live in.

To that end, we continuously strive to minimise the impact on our environment during the construction period by recognising that everyone plays a part in maintaining and sustaining our environment. This is backed up by our certification in ISO 14001.

Workplace health and safety is simultaneously at the top of our priority list as well. Safety Courses are mandatory for all Projects Managers, Engineers and Supervisors so they may discharge their duties diligently. We conduct in-house training for both our staff and stakeholders’ workers to ensure that their safety is never compromised under any circumstances. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) accord the neces- sary protection that facilitate staff to carry out their duties safely and effectively. In recognition of our efforts, we have been awarded the OHSAS 18001 and BizSAFE STAR by Building and Construction Authority and Workplace Safety and Health Council respectively.
